T&M Property Management is a residential property management company that coordinates services for the care and maintenance of luxury homes. In general, our clients own more than one property and seed a degree of service that enables the enjoyment of their lifestyle. We understand the requirements of maintaining a luxury property and the work that it takes to source, arrange and coordinate those activities. Our aim is to provide PROFESSIONAL and PERSONALIZED property management services.

T & M Property Management has been dedicated to providing superior service to high end property owners since 1989. T&M Property Management acts solely as agents on behalf of our clients. Vendors are carefully researched and screened. We do not receive compensation from third party sources and choose to work with or recommend the best qualified vendors and service providers.


The members of T & M Property Management team have been residents and active members of the Cabo community for over 20 years. They have had personal experience with many of the vendors who provide service to our clients. The team is committed to serving with professionalism and integrity.

PERSONALIZED SERVICE

T&M Property Management works closely with new clients to determine their needs and preferences regarding permanent house staff and services for their property. We create job descriptions and proceed to interview, evaluate and present prospective personnel to our clients. T&M Property Management develops a customized management package for a property´s regularly scheduled maintenance activities and needs.

T & M Property Management - Vendors are carefully researched and screened


• We will be the primary contact for all maintenance for the property
• We will provide a twice weekly home visit to check on the property and staff
•We will coordinate everything from basic maintenance to emergency repairs
• We will ensure that all maintenance and repair activities are performed by vendors

    in a timely manner
• We will establish work schedules for the house staff
• We will evaluate and supervise house staff by setting performance standards and goals
• We can assist in keeping your property related finances in check and up to date.
